Catalyst

FUEL YOUR AMBITION

Catalyst is a career development program designed for high-potential women in STEM

For over ten years, TGC has been a national leader in understanding the unique challenges women in STEM experience.

Since 2022, Catalyst has been helping women grow in their roles and maximize their potential - for themselves and their employer. Over three half-days, women learn how to transform within their role and put their career on a growth path.

If you’re feeling stuck and want to be in the driver’s seat to turn your ambition into high performance, there is no better time to join the Catalyst community!

P.S. You likely have a learning and development budget that your HR team fought really hard to secure but the benefit will expire at the end of 2024, why not invest in your career growth and join Catalyst?

Women who choose Catalyst know that:

  • Their commitment, skills, and experience makes them high-potential

  • They can be performing at a higher level than they currently are

  • They want to acquire strategies on how to grow within their roles

Employers who send their staff to Catalyst know that:

  • They want their high-potential employees to be able to realize their full capabilities

  • Better feedback and communication helps teams do more in better ways

  • They must grow the capacity of their staff to adapt to a changing economic climate
